Since 1999, NOAATECH has served as a showcase for NOAA's achievements in high-end computing, network and web technologies. In past NOAATECH workshops, NOAA technologists from around the US demonstrated advanced work in applications such as 3-D, virtual reality, GIS, data modeling, collaborative computing and more. At NOAATECH2002, our biggest turnout yet, over 75 presentations were given with an attendence of over 300+.
