CHANTILLY, VA--(MARKET WIRE)--Jun 12, 2007 -- TV Worldwide, the first web-based global Internet TV network, announced that it had been selected by the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences to webcast the 34th Annual Daytime Creative Arts and Entertainment Emmy® Awards live in Hollywood, CA on June 14th, 2007. The webcast will feature four Emmy Awards for Broadband Entertainment, as well as the presentation of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences Lifetime Achievement Award to James Lipton, creator, executive-producer, writer and host of the 12-time Emmy®-nominated Bravo series, "Inside the Actors Studio."

The webcast will feature technologies from a number of sponsor partners, including Abacast, Paltalk and IceWeb. TV Worldwide will employ Abacast's patented Distributed Streaming Network Technology to deliver a high-bitrate stream at a significant savings over traditional network delivery. TV Worldwide will also employ the IceWEB Hosted Microsoft Sharepoint service as a multimedia file repository for content from the event, and Paltalk's socialcasting technology will be enabling live video interviews with television stars in attendance at the event with real-time fan interaction from their millions of members worldwide.

The Daytime Creative Arts & Entertainment Emmy Awards is an exciting prelude to the Daytime Emmy Awards which will be telecast on the CBS Television Network on June 15 from Hollywood's Kodak Theater.
