In commemoration of the 15th Anniversary of the Dedication of the Vietnam Women's Memorial, this year's Veterans Day Observance will especially honor the women who served during the Vietnam era.  Diane Carlson Evans, founder and chair of the Vietnam Women's Memorial Foundation, will give the keynote address.
