Through workshops, symposia, and other meetings (either as part of our studies or as separate activities), the Division serves as a hub for exchange among policy-makers, members of industry, scientists, and the general public to discuss timely issues. The National Academy of Sciences' National Research Council will hold a briefing to present the findings of its recently released report, Uranium Mining in Virginia, and take questions from the public beginning at 6:30 p.m. ET.
