Maureen
Mohlenkamp is a Senior Manager in Deloitte & Touche LLP’s
Ethics and Corporate Compliance Consulting practice. Ms. Mohlenkamp
has seven years of client service experience with Deloitte
& Touche. She has extensive experience in project management
related to implementing and monitoring ethics and compliance
programs for companies from a wide range of industries.
Ms.
Mohlenkamp’s ethics and corporate compliance experience
includes writing codes of conduct, developing guidelines to
establish an ethics and compliance program, defining departments’
and individuals’ roles and responsibilities within an
ethics and compliance program, establishing help lines to
monitor and report ethics and compliance issues, and incorporating
assessment and auditing processes into an effective compliance
program.
Ms.
Mohlenkamp assists clients in updating their corporate policy
manuals to reflect their changing business environment. She
has worked with a client’s senior management team to
ensure employees understand their roles and responsibilities
as they relate to the achievement of corporate objectives.
She
also offers clients direct experience performing risk assessments
and assisting clients in conducting risk self-assessments
using the COSO framework. She has assisted clients in documenting
compliance objectives, evaluating risks, and enabling them
to conduct their own self-assessments years after an engagement
is completed.
Prior
to joining Deloitte & Touche, Ms. Mohlenkamp worked within
the construction industry where she gained experience in the
areas of design, sales, contract negotiation, scheduling and
project management for various Federal, state, municipal,
retail, industrial and commercial facilities. Ms. Mohlenkamp’s
construction experience has assisted our clients in developing
construction management oversight programs. The programs developed
included assigning accountability for the project management
activities and detailed policies regarding communications,
reporting and authorization requirements.
