EMMY AWARDS FOR BUSINESS & FINANCIAL REPORTING

TO BE WEBCAST LIVE BY TV WORLDWIDE.COM

New York, N.Y. –  November 29, 2005 – TV Worldwide, a fast-growing, web-based global Internet network, has been named  the “Official Webcaster of the 4th Annual Emmy® Awards for Business & Financial Reporting.”  This announcement was made today by Peter Price, President/CEO, National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, and David Gardy, CEO,  TV Worldwide.com, Inc.

   The Emmy Awards ceremony, to be held at the Rainbow Room in New York City on Thursday, December 7, will be webcast LIVE at www.tvworldwide.com and the TV Mainstream Internet TV channel at www.tvmainstream.com starting at 12:00 noon Eastern time and will be made available for a year after the event.  The webcast is being sponsored by Limelight Networks, the leader in digital media delivery.

“Our partnership with TV Worldwide is another example of the leadership position the National Television Academy is taking in supporting the development of new media,” said Price.  “TV Worldwide’s webcast of this year’s Emmy Awards for Business & Financial Reporting will bring this prestigious event to a global audience for the very first time, exposing both the business community and savvy consumers to the very best in business reporting.”  Price noted that TV Worldwide has webcast from many high profile events of interest to media executives, including National Association of Broadcasting (NAB) conventions, American Advertising Federation (AAF) National Conference and the ADDY Awards, and numerous new media conferences.

 “TV Worldwide is pleased to work with the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences for this webcast, and we salute them for their vision in making it available to the business and financial sector and media community globally,” Gardy added.  “We’re provisioning our service in order to meet the anticipated high demand and look forward to making this content available to a wide audience.”

The webcast will cover the presentation of Emmy Awards in seven categories, recognizing outstanding achievement in business & financial reporting telecast from July 1, 2005 thru June 30, 2006.  In addition, interviews with some of the 200 business & financial news leaders expected to attend will be featured.  The event is sponsored by Condé Nast Portfolio, a new business magazine and website that is launching in May 2007.

A highlight of the awards ceremony coverage will be the presentation of the Lifetime Achievement Award in Business & Financial Reporting to Paul Steiger, Managing Editor of The Wall Street Journal, overseeing U.S. and international print and online editions, and Vice President of Dow Jones & Company.  Presenting the Lifetime Achievement Award to Steiger will be Maria Bartiromo, the anchor of CNBC’s Closing Bell with Maria Bartiromo, and host and managing editor of Wall Street Journal Report with Maria Bartiromo; and Byron E. (Barney) Calame, former Managing Editor, The Wall Street Journal, and currently Public Editor of The New York Times.
