Prior to joining iClips, Nick was Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Entertainment Online, a U.K.-based pioneer in online, multiplayer gaming and online game distribution, where he was responsible for launching and managing all U.S. operations. Prior to E-On, Nick served as VP, Managing Director of Sega Channel International, a partnership between Sega, Time Warner and TCI, delivering video games over cable television. Under his direction the International Group became the most profitable unit in the partnership.

Nick also served as Vice President of International Marketing for Digital Music Express and has held executive positions at Times Mirror Cable, UA/TCI Cable, and Rainbow Programming.

Nicholas has participated on panels throughout the United States, Europe and Asia and has been quoted in numerous trade and mainstream publications on all three continents.

Nicholas is a Director of the Connecticut Association for Children with Learning Disabilities. Nicholas received a BA from Boston University.
