When you click on the 360 Icon if it is the first time you have ever clicked on a Behere™ 360 stream a small plugin to the Real Player will be transparently downloaded. Even on a dialup connection this process shouldn't take more that a couple of minutes. There is no need to install anything extra or do anything but wait as the plugin downloads and installs itself.

Once that process is complete you will see the video stream with a Behere logo bug in the bottom corner of the screen. You can navigate the room by right clicking on the screen with your mouse then while holding down the button pull the mouse in any direction (one you have clicked the screen you may also use the arrow buttons on your keyboard.) You will only be able to navigate a few degrees in the upwards and downwards directions, but from side to side direction you can go a full 360 degrees in either direction. You can also zoom in and out. Holding down [Shift] will zoom in to the center point of your screen. Holding down [Ctrl] will zoom out.
