Veterans of the Vietnam War and other past conflicts will participate in the 23rd Annual Veterans Day Observance at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C., hosted by the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund and the National Park Service. Active-duty military who recently served in Operation Iraqi Freedom also are expected to participate.
