Chantilly, Va. – TV Worldwide.com, a web-based global TV network, in cooperation with the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, the National Park Service, Base Technologies and ObjectVideo will simulcast live via satellite and the Internet, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge's address during the Annual Memorial Day Observance at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial beginning at 12 Noon ET on Memorial Day, Monday, May 31, 2004.

The Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, the non-profit organization established in 1979 to build the Vietnam Memorial, is grateful to Base Technologies, ObjectVideo, and TVWorldwide.com for their support this year in covering the Memorial Day Ceremony. “These companies enabled us to bring this year's ceremony to American veterans and their families around the world,” said Jan C. More than 10,000 Veterans and their families are expected to attend the Ceremony at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial this year. In addition to Mr. Ridge, TV Worldwide's simulcast will feature other speakers to include The Honorable John P. Murtha (D-PA); Cardinal Theodore
