TV Worldwide, a web-based global TV network, in cooperation with the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund, the National Park Service and Base Technologies will simulcast live via satellite and the Internet, the Annual Vietnam Veterans Day Observance at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington D.C from 1:00-2:30 PM ET on Veteran’s Day, Tuesday, November 11, 2003. The ceremony marks the 10th Anniversary of the dedication of the Vietnam Women's Memorial.

People around the world can participate online through the Internet simulcast, accessible through, and . In addition the simulcast will be available for broadcast media outlets via satellite.
