We also welcome the Administration & Educational Staff of the Baltimore Maritime Industries Academy & NJROTC Cadets! Special guests include Captain Mark P. O'Malley, USCG, Captain of The Port of Baltimore and the Honorable Congresswoman Helen Delich Bentley, former Chairman, Federal Maritime Commission. The DOT / Maritime Administration will be represented by David T. Matsuda - MaritimeAdministrator, Deputy Administrator Orlando Gotay & Chief Counsel Denise Krepp. The United States Merchant Marine Academy will be represented by RADM Philip Greene JR (KP '78), USMS - Superintendent, USMMA.
