On behalf of the Ship Operations Cooperative Program (SOCP), we would like to invite your participation in our upcoming SOCP Meeting webcast on November 1-2 (Wednesday-Thursday), 2006, which is being hosted by the Maritime Institute of Training and Graduate Studies (MITAGS, http://www.mitags.org), Linthicum Heights, MD.

The meeting which will showcase presentations and discussions regarding “Legislative and Regulatory Issues Impacting the Maritime Industry.”  This event offers a great opportunity for open discussions relating to legislative support needed to facilitate utilization of our nation’s maritime mode
