“AT508.com continues to be selected to cover conventions and conferences from the perspective of the community of people with disabilities,” stated Dave Gardy, Chairman and CEO of TV Worldwide. “Just as we’ve done for other disability conventions and assistive technology shows worldwide, including TASH, ATIA, CSUN and CEC, we are pleased to assist in making the Republican Convention accessible to the 54 million Americans with disabilities.”
"We are pleased and proud to help make the 2004 Republican National Convention technologically accessible to enable persons with hearing disabilities to participate real-time," commented Gary Nakamoto, CEO of Base Technologies, Inc.
The live convention webcast coverage will begin at 7:45 PM ET on Monday, August 30. Participants should have the latest version of Windows Media Player installed prior to the event and should log on by 7:30 PM (ET) on August 30.
