Background Information
On October 29, 2010, NSF's Office of Integrative Activities (OIA) released a program solicitation, for the Major Research Instrumentation (MRI) program with a deadline of January 27, 2011 for proposals. On December 7th, NSF MRI program staff will provide information regarding the new solicitation and will answer questions from people considering or preparing MRI proposals during a webcast from the National Science Foundation in Arlington, VA. Questions that are e-mailed to the address above before or during the webcast will also be answered during the webcast, or shortly thereafter by email.
