Background Information
On May 11, 2009, NSF’s Office of Integrative Activities (OIA) released a program solicitation, for the Academic Research Infrastructure – Recovery and Reinvestment program (ARI-R2). This solicitation announced a one-time funding opportunity with deadlines of July 1, 2009 for letters of intent and August 24, 2009 for full proposals.  On July 20th, NSF program staff will answer frequently asked questions from people preparing full proposals in a webcast from the National Science Foundation in Arlington, VA.  Questions that are e-mailed to the address above during the webcast, will also be answered, if time allows.
