The Congress of Cities (CoC) provided opportunities to share common challenges, new ideas and tried and true strategies for cities through networking with peers.  Cutting edge workshops and the exhibit hall offered new solutions from vendors, as well as successful programs implemented by cities and towns across the country on display at the City showcase.
