The National Research Council and the Board on Behavioral, Cognitive, and Sensory Sciences welcome you to the webcast of the Workshop on Proposed Revisions to the Common Rule in Relation to Behavioral and Social Sciences. The purpose of this two-day workshop, held at the National Academy of Sciences building in Washington DC March 21-22, 2013, is to explore the implications of the proposed revisions to the Common Rule and of alternative approaches for protecting human participants while advancing the behavioral, social, and educational sciences.
