Michael L. Webber joined the University of Findlay 's Center for Terrorism Preparedness as an adjunct instructor and consultant in July of 2003. Mike comes to the center for Terrorism Preparedness after a 26-year career with the Ohio State Highway Patrol and three years in the U.S. Army as a military police officer. During his career with the Patrol, Mike earned the Division's ACE award (awarded for excellence in the recovery of stolen cars) for seven consecutive years. Mike served as the Post Commander of the Patrol's Wapakoneta Post for three years and as the Findlay Post Commander for seven years. His experience and knowledge provides students a full range of views, enabling the student to see the job from an officer's and managerial point of view. Mike is a native of Findlay , Ohio where he lives with his wife Jane.
