TV Worldwide Selected to Webcast Emmy Awards for Business and Financial Reporting

New York, N.Y. –  December 4, 2007 – TV Worldwide, a fast-growing, web-based global Internet network, has been named  the “Official Webcaster of the 5th Annual Emmy® Awards for Business & Financial Reporting.”  This announcement was made by Peter Price, President/CEO, National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, and David Gardy, CEO, TV Worldwide.com, Inc.

The Emmy Awards ceremony, to be held at the Rainbow Room in New York City on Tuesday, December 4, will be webcast LIVE at www.tvworldwide.com and the TV Mainstream Internet TV channel at www.tvmainstream.com starting at 12:00 noon Eastern time and will be made available for a year after the event.  The webcast is being sponsored by Limelight Networks, the leader in digital media delivery, Abacast and Newtek TriCaster.

The Emmy Awards for Business & Financial Reporting recognize outstanding achievement in business & financial reporting telecast or webcast from July 1, 2006 thru June 30, 2007. Nominations in 7 categories were announced on October 31, 2007.

Also at the 5th Annual Emmy Awards for Business & Financial Reporting, Matthew Winkler, Editor-in-Chief of Bloomberg News, a global news service he founded in1990 with Michael Bloomberg, and a member of the Board of Directors of Bloomberg L.P., will receive this year’s Lifetime Achievement Award in Business & Financial Reporting.
