• All comments and questions submitted to this online forum will be collected by FMCSA and posted without change to the regulatory docket.
• However, FMCSA will review all comments and questions against the Terms of Participation (see left column below the forum) before posting to this public online forum. As a result, there will be some delay before submitted comments appear on the public forum.  Any violation of the Terms of Participation will result in your comment not being posted.
• FMCSA will not respond to every comment or question submitted to this online forum. Instead FMCSA will selectively respond to comments or questions which require correction or clarification.
• This online forum is independent of the HOS listening session and Webcast. If you want to submit a comment or question to the listening session participants, please send an email to [email protected]. Your comment or question will be read out loud during the listening session.
