* READIE (“Ready”) for Life represents six critical elements essential to healthy child and family well-being and effective program implementation for HMRF and TT-CW programs:

  • Relationships (healthy parent-child, couples, inter-personal and intimate partner, and caring adult relationships through marriage and relationship education)

  • Employment (job skills, training, placement, subsidized and unsubsidized employment)

  • Advancement (employment, career pathways, economic mobility)

  • Development (emotional, physical, and social)

  • Implementation (program integrity, continuous quality improvement)

  • Evaluation (effective performance measurement, local and federal evaluation for success)
