Overview:
The tournament will be a scramble (Captain's Choice) format.  Teams of four players will be made up from the entrants (teams can enter as a group).  We are hoping to have 144 participants, or 36 teams in the tournament.  Teams will be separated into Flights of 9 teams, according to the total handicap (or average score) of each team.  The Flights will be:
The NFL (lowest 9 teams)
The CFL (next 9 lowest)
The A(Arena)FL (next 9 lowest
The XFL (highest 9)

Prizes will be awarded to the 2 teams in each flight with the lowest total scores.  Second place in each flight will receive a Cleveland wedge with the Touchdown Club logo on it.  First place teams will receive an upscale Odyssey putter with the club logo.  There will also be prizes for the first and second longest drive and closest to the pin on all four par 3s.  In addition, a car will be awarded for the first hole-in-one on #17.  We have also lined up some excellent door prizes.

Play for all groups will be from the white tees, with the ladies playing from the reds.  Each participant will be allowed to purchase one mulligan which may be used after any shot.  However, once announced and played, the mulligan must be used.  During play, at least two tee shots of each player must be used by the team.

Two beverage carts with beer, soft drinks and snacks will be on the course during play.

Following play, at approximately 6:00p.m. there will be a cocktail hour followed by a buffet dinner.

Door prizes will be awarded during or following dinner along with the tournament prizes.

Entry fees are $300/participant.  mulligans will cost $10.  We are looking for corporate sponsors funding as many teams as possible as well as purchasing a sponsor sign for $200.  The signs will be placed on tees around the course.  If a sponsor wishes a particular tee, we will attempt to accommodate.

For anyone not playing golf but wishing to participate in the cocktail hour and dinner, the cost will be $100.
