The International
Webcasting Association (IWA) is a world wide nonprofit trade organization dedicated
to the advancement of webcasting and streaming media. The IWA serves as the meeting
place for companies active or interested in the delivery of multimedia services
to individual or business customers via the Internet or other networks. Membership
includes content companies, virtual webcasters, companies that webcast for internal
corporate purposes, technology companies, content aggregators and service bureaus.
IWA serves its
membership by providing a community for members to achieve their goals through
information, networking, and education, along with public relations support and
advocacy on legislative issues that promote and protect the interests of webcasters
around the world.
|
Leaders in the
webcasting Industry will candidly discuss subjects such as “Webcasting; What
It Is, and What It Means For Your Business”; “Webcasting Uses Outside the Entertainment
Arena”; “Legal Issues For Webcasters”, “Webcasting and the Changing Economy” and
more.
