The holiday event, scheduled for Friday, December 6 beginning at 6 PM EST as a simul-webcast available at www.tvworldwide.com and co-promoter, Real Networks, and Christmas.com, will feature Santa reading holiday stories and interacting with participants in the studio and around the world by chat, e-mail and phone in different scheduled appearances throughout the evening. Those with disabilities will be able to join in the fun thanks to the webcapted™ streaming video, a process developed in concert with TVWorldwide.com's Abletv.net channel, the first global Internet televsion channel for disabled.

The event will be compressed and archived for viewing later in conventional video format.
